Holy Family and St. Michael’s Catholic Primary school, Pontefract is an exciting, caring and successful primary school where pupils feel happy and well provided for.

At Holy Family, Pontefract, pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural development is outstanding. This all helps to provide a rich, creative, active and inclusive learning climate for everyone in our school.
Holy Family is situated on the outskirts of Pontefract, on Cobblers Lane, and is set in an attractive environment on the edge of a small estate of private houses. There is agricultural land to the side and rear. Holy Family & St. Michael’s opened on 17th April 1972.
The school is set in pleasant grounds with large playground areas, playing field and a wildlife and pond area which is used as an environmental resource for all pupils.
